My best friend's wedding

 

I had the extreme privilege of shooting the wedding of one of my closest friends. Julia and Andy were married on one of the nicest weekends of the year so far. The blossoms in High Park made for a magical backdrop. After the wedding in Toronto we headed off to Niagara falls, where daffodils bloomed in fields.

Alternative Arts and Fashion week Toronto

 

 

I had the privelidge this year of participating in Toronto's alternative arts and fashion week. I assisted back stage and got to see the inner workings of one of the best showcases of fashion and art in Toronto this year. 

This year's event was called Fashion Schematics and consisted of four nights; Fashion Narratives, Natural Currencies, Fashion/Unfashion, Dress Codes. You can check out the artists that participated at

Birthday Adventure

Today is my Birthday! Here are a few shots from the day.

A nice little cafe near Yonge and Eglinton for lunch. They had the best Lemon Torte in the city (so far).

I must also mention that you get a dozen bagels for free from What a Bagel on your birthday. Definitely took advantage of that one!

My friend Julia taught us how to make traditional Ukrainian Easter eggs. The ones above are made by Julia's mom, a more experienced egg decorator. The ones below are made by some less experienced students ha ha
